Another month has flown by! I have managed to get back on track with exercise, making a commitment to physical activity most days – including spin class, TRX, walking and a timid foray into the world of running. My weight has not changed dramatically, though I love that my body is working more efficiently, that I can feel my muscles doing their work. Here’s to the amazing human musculoskeletal system – today, I am full of gratitude for this gift!
