Holding my own is fine, considering vacation and the amazing food set out for consumption at both Thursday’s potluck for Tricia and Monday at the family reunion at the Hull’s! But I’ve been burning a huge number of calories, and would like to start seeing some weight loss – rather than burning just to keep up with consumption!
I’ve been expecting to lose weight getting ready for RAGBRAI–biking over 100 miles per week. Has not happened. Our middle-aged bodies don’t want to dip into savings!
